Have a nice meeting in the story of Abunawas. Here I want to share about Abunawas who took debating with three wise men.
Abunawas was known as a man who had an intelligent brain. Because of his perspicacity, he was crowned as the wisest man in the village where he lived. One evidence of intelligence he had, he was able to calculate the number of stars in the heavens.
One day, there were three wise men who went around the country to get answers the questions which pressing them. It was unclear what led the three wise men came so their one day stay in the village of Abu Nawas. Without further ado, with a very urgent reason, the three men asked for some residents to put themselves forward to be willing to answer questions thrown by the three wise men. All shook their heads could not answer.
Debriefing happened, but soon, the villagers had handed Abunawas as their representatives to face the wise men to solve the questions asked by them. Abunawas was forced to deal with the three wise men, and around them gathered the villagers who watched the conversation around the questions and answers.
The first wise man asked Abunawas, "Where is the actual center of the earth?" "Right under my feet, brother," replied Abunawas. "How can you prove it?" the wise man asked the first one. "If you do not believe it, measure it yourself," replied Abunawas lightly. The first man who had asked the first question had not continued the comversation because his question had been answered.
Seeing the first wise man had lost by Abunawas, a second wise man turned in asking questions. "How many stars are there in the sky?" he asked. "The stars in the sky is equal to the hair on my ass," replied Abunawas "How can you prove about it," said the second wise man. "Well, if you do not believe it, just count the hair on the donkey, and then you will know the truth," replied Abunawas lightly without sin. "If it does talk shit, how does one calculate the fur of donkey?" The second wise man asked again. "Well ... if I crap, why do you also ask the question, how does one count the stars in the sky?" retorted Abunawas. Hearing that answer, the wise man could not continue the second question again.
Knowing that the first and the second wise men were helplessly on every answer given by the Abunawas, then the third wise man who was asking questions. Among the three wise men, the third person here who looked saying the wisest. He was really disturbed by any clever answers given by Abunawas. "It seems you know much about the donkey, but would you try to tell me how many hairs are there on the donkey's tail?," asked the third wise man in retorting. "I know the numbers, the number of existing hairs on my donkey’s tail is equal to the amount of hair in your beard," replied Abunawas snapped anyway. "How can you prove it?" the third wise man asked again. "Oh ... if that is still easy, you see, you pull out feather from the tail of my ass, and then I pulled hair from your beard. Well ... if the same, so what I say is true, but if not , I am wrong, "replied Abunawas vigorously. Of course the third wise man who did not receive such a way that it calculates.
Finally the three wise men returned to their own country, and meanwhile the villagers who had witnessed increasingly convinced that Abunawas was the wisest among the four men.
